Mini Tainas
Mini Tainas is a volleyball program offered by Tainas Volleyball Club, designed for children aged 5-9. It focuses on teaching the fundamentals of volleyball while enhancing coordination, movement, and gross motor development through engaging and dynamic drills. This is achieved through dynamic and fun drills which incorporate activities that build foundational physical abilities. Gross motor skills involve the large muscles of the body that are essential for performing everyday activities like running, jumping, balancing, and throwing.

Although our primary focus is volleyball, the program integrates a variety of exercises and games that contribute to these broader developmental goals, which could include activities like: Running and jumping games, Activities that improve balance and coordination, Exercises to develop strength and endurance, Fun drills designed to improve reaction time and body awareness, Team-building activities that encourage cooperation and communication.
The goal of Mini Tainas is to cultivate a love for the sport while also promoting overall physical development in a fun and engaging environment. The program runs from August 2025 to May 2026, with sessions held on Fridays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The monthly cost for participation is $100.00.
