Individual Clinics
The Tainas VC Individual Clinics focus on improving specific skills like serving, passing, setting, and hitting. They incorporate drills and game-like practice to help players develop their skills. Clinic structure and cost
- Individual Clinic (1 player): $65 per player for a 1-hour session.
- Semi-Individual Clinic (2 players): $40 per player for a 1-hour session.
- Payment: Clinic payments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
This structure allows players to receive focused attention and feedback on their individual skill development.
Ice Bath
Tainas VC Offer Ice baths, or cold-water immersion, Ice bath offer several potential benefits, primarily related to muscle recovery and mental well-being. They can reduce muscle soreness, decrease inflammation, and potentially improve mood and resilience to stress.

Booster Program
Our Booster program is designed for athletes who want to work on their ultimate goal of getting to college.
What does this program offer?
- College Profile: Participants receive a College Profile, which includes measurements of their vertical jump, jumping block, and speed time.
- Skill Development Drills: The program offers various drills designed to enhance speed, stamina, and agility.
- Progress Reporting: Athletes receive progress reports to track their development throughout the program.
Program Structure and Cost
- Duration: Each Booster session runs for one hour.
- Cost: The cost per session is $35.
- Payment: Payments for the Booster program are non-refundable and sessions cannot be rescheduled.
- Arrival: Players are requested to arrive at the gym 15 minutes before their scheduled Booster time
Camps
Tainas VC offers various camps throughout the year for players of all ages and skill levels, including Spring Break and Summer Camps.
Specialized training for players of various skill levels and age groups, focusing on improving specific skills or overall game play. They can be categorized into all-skills camps for fundamental development, position-specific camps for in-depth training on particular positions.
